House rules
Maximum occupancy is four guests. No indoor smoking; smoking is allowed outdoors only, away from windows and doors. Pets, events and parties are not permitted. Keep noise conversational after 9 PM. Observe posted pool hours and keep the shared pool area tidy. Do not use the roof stairs or private rooftop decks. Treat the home and furnishings with care and clean the patio grill grates after each use.
Getting there
Playa del Coco beach is across the street. Cafés, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and a car is not needed for daily outings. Java Coffee Co. and Super Mini Luperón are within a two-minute walk; Coco's main strip is a ten-minute walk away. Liberia International Airport (LIR) is 25 minutes away. The condo is on the ground floor and has a single-level layout. On-site parking is first come, first served. Rooftop decks belong to the top-floor units and are not included; do not use the roof stairs or decks.
