House rules
Minimum rental age is 18. Children ages 0–17 are allowed. Pets, events and smoking are not permitted. Community quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM daily. No unregistered overnight guests. Turn off the air conditioning when away. Pool hours are 8 AM to 10 PM; no glass containers in the pool area. Stay off the roof stairs and private rooftop decks. Do not feed local wildlife or strays. Towels and linens are inventoried before and after each stay. Laundry facilities in the complex carry an additional charge.

Coco Beach is 0.2 km away, a two-minute walk. Restaurants and cafés are within a two-minute walk, and the main strip is about a ten-minute stroll away. Ocotal Beach is 5.2 km away, an 11-minute drive; Playa Hermosa is 5.3 km away, an 11-minute drive; Playa Calzon de Pobre is 7.3 km away, a 16-minute drive. Liberia airport is a 40-minute drive away. Rooftop decks belong to the top-floor units and are not included with this rental; guests must stay off the roof stairs and decks.
