This two-bedroom condo accommodates four guests and has three beds and one bathroom. Both bedrooms and the open living space have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The equipped kitchen includes a four-burner stove, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, rice cooker, cookware and wine glasses. A private patio, shared outdoor pool, gas grill beside the pool and outdoor shower are available. The home also has a smart TV, room-darkening shades, cotton linens, extra pillows, a safe and a private entrance. Beach essentials, a beach chair, a high chair and a travel crib are provided. Long stays are welcome; optional house cleaning is available.

Coco Beach is 0.2 km away, a two-minute walk. Restaurants and cafés are within a two-minute walk, and the main strip is about a ten-minute stroll away. Ocotal Beach is 5.2 km away, an 11-minute drive; Playa Hermosa is 5.3 km away, an 11-minute drive; Playa Calzon de Pobre is 7.3 km away, a 16-minute drive. Liberia airport is a 40-minute drive away. Rooftop decks belong to the top-floor units and are not included with this rental; guests must stay off the roof stairs and decks.

Minimum rental age is 18. Children ages 0–17 are allowed. Pets, events and smoking are not permitted. Community quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM daily. No unregistered overnight guests. Turn off the air conditioning when away. Pool hours are 8 AM to 10 PM; no glass containers in the pool area. Stay off the roof stairs and private rooftop decks. Do not feed local wildlife or strays. Towels and linens are inventoried before and after each stay. Laundry facilities in the complex carry an additional charge.
