House rules
Smoking, pets and parties/events are not allowed. Notify the team before arrival if the sofa bed will be used. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 50.00 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if it was not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation has no penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows are charged 100% of the total prepayment amount.

Lavradores Market is 20 metres away. The airport aerobus stops at stop number four (Market), 15 metres from the Viola Market building. Public parking, buses and a taxi rank are a two-minute walk away.
