House rules
Smoking, pets and parties/events are not allowed. Notify the team in advance if the sofa bed will be used. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to complete check-in. Final cleaning is mandatory at € 50.00 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation has no penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, or for a no-show, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
Lavradores Market is 20 metres away. The airport aerobus stops at stop four (Market), approximately 15 metres from the building. A public car park, buses and a taxi rank are two minutes away on foot. The upper floor is reachable by lift.
