The apartment accommodates up to four guests, with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the common space. It has one bathroom with a shower, a terrace, a dining area, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a TV. The upper floor is reachable by lift. An iron and hair dryer are provided.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine is also available. Bed linen, towels, internet access and air conditioning are included.

A transfer service is available at an additional cost, and a baby travel bed can be requested. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied only for the first day. Tell the team in advance if the sofa bed will be used so it can be prepared before arrival.

Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation has no penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, or for a no-show, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount.
