Smoking, pets and parties/events are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to complete identification and receive access instructions. Final cleaning is mandatory and costs € 50.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is free from booking until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
Lavradores Market is 20 metres away. The airport aerobus serves stop number four (Market), 15 metres from the Viola Market building. A public car park, buses and a taxi rank are two minutes away on foot. The upper floor is reachable by lift.
