House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Final cleaning is a mandatory charge of € 50.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the total price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied only for the first day. Cancellation carries no penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation costs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows cost 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
Lavradores Market is 20 meters away. Airport aerobus stop four (Market) is 15 meters from the building; the return ticket is advertised at ¤ 5.00. A public car park, buses and a taxi rank are two minutes away on foot. The upper floor is reachable by lift.
