House rules
Smoking, pets and parties/events are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Final cleaning is a mandatory € 50.00 charge per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. A transfer service is available for an additional cost. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request. Cancellation has no penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
Lavradores Market is 20 metres away. A public car park, buses and a taxi rank are a two-minute walk away. From the airport, take the aerobus to stop number four (Market); the Viola Market building is 15 metres from the stop. An upper floor is reachable by lift.
