The studio has a king-size bed in the common living and sleeping space, a sofa, a dining area and one bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV are provided. The building has a lift serving the upper floor. An iron, ironing board, clothes rack and hair dryer are available.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine is also provided.

Towels and bed linen are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and an airport transfer service is available at an additional cost.

Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation has no penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
