House rules
Smoking, pets and parties/events are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to arrange access. Final cleaning is a mandatory € 50.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation carries no penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
Lavradores Market is 20 metres away. Airport aerobus stop number four (Market) is 15 metres from the building; the published return-ticket charge is ¤ 5.00. A public car park, buses and a taxi rank are two minutes away on foot. The upper floor is reachable by lift.
