House rules
Smoking, pets and parties/events are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Final cleaning is mandatory at € 50.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not charged when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request. An optional transfer service is available at an additional cost. Cancellation is penalty-free until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
A public car park, buses and a taxi rank are two minutes away on foot. From the airport, the aerobus serves stop number four (Market), 15 metres from the Viola Market building. The upper floor is reachable by lift.
