House rules
No smoking. Pets and parties/events are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Final cleaning costs € 50.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied only for the first day. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to midnight; check-out is before 11:00. Cancellation is free from the booking date until 31 days before check-in. From 30 days before check-in until arrival, and for no-shows, the cancellation charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
Lavradores Market is 20 metres away. A public car park, buses and a taxi rank are two minutes away on foot. The airport aerobus serves stop number four (Market), 15 metres from the Viola Market building. Upper floors are reachable by lift.
