House rules
Smoking, pets, parties and events are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Final cleaning is mandatory at € 50.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request. Transfers are optional and cost extra. Cancellation is free from the booking date until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
Lavradores Market is 20 metres away. A public car park, buses and a taxi rank are two minutes away on foot. Aerobus stop number four (Market) is 15 metres from the Viola Market building. The upper floor is reachable by lift.
