House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Contact the arrival team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the property. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 40 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. From 1 October to 31 March, arrivals must be by 20:00. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 135.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation is free until 31 days before check-in; cancellation from 30 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
