House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to arrange code-based access; notify the team of your arrival time once at your destination. Final cleaning is mandatory at € 30.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected with the reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. The published cancellation schedule allows cancellation without penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
