## About the house

The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, two terraces and a balcony. The first floor contains the living and dining room, kitchen and a terrace with an outdoor shower. The second floor has a spacious master bedroom with a work area, a second bedroom with a small balcony, and a bathroom. The third-floor rooftop terrace has lounge and dining areas. The upper terrace is reached by a narrow metal staircase; the larger terrace beside the kitchen is easily accessible.

Bedroom 1 has two single beds and Bedroom 2 has one double bed. The double bed can be converted into two single beds on request. A baby travel bed is available on request.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery and toaster. The house also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, washing machine, iron and hair dryer. Air conditioning, internet access, bed linen and towels are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 74.00 per booking.

Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. Cancellation is penalty-free until 15 days before check-in; cancellations from 14 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
