House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Check-in is available every day from 15:00 to midnight; check-out is before 11:00. Final cleaning is mandatory and costs € 50.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation carries no penalty from booking until eight days before check-in; from seven days before check-in through arrival, or in case of no-show, the charge is 100% of the total rent.
