House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment; also phone about your arrival time once at your destination. Check-in is daily from 15:00 to 23:00. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. Check-out is before 11:00. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 75.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is penalty-free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
Construction on the adjacent property starts in May 2026; noise may occur on weekdays between 07:00 and 18:00.
