The apartment has two double beds and three single beds across four bedrooms, three bathrooms with bathtubs and one separate toilet. The private garden has garden views, an outdoor table and chairs for seven, and an electric gate.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, central heating, two large-screen televisions, an iron and a hair dryer. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A laundry room contains a washing machine and dryer.

Bed linen, towels, heating and internet access are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available upon request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost.

Construction on the adjacent property starts in May 2026 and may cause noise on weekdays between 07:00 and 18:00.

Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment; also phone about your arrival time once at your destination. Check-in is daily from 15:00 to 23:00. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. Check-out is before 11:00. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 75.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is penalty-free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
