House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the accommodation; also phone about your arrival time once at your destination. Arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 50.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Cancellation is free until 15 days before check-in; cancellation from 14 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
