House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to complete identification and obtain access instructions. Notify the team of your arrival time once at your destination. Final cleaning is a mandatory € 30.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation carries no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fifth floor; the condominium has two lifts. Santos train station is within 1 km and provides connections to the Estoril Coast and Cascais beaches.
