## About the house

The apartment accommodates four guests with a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. The bedroom and living room both open onto a balcony overlooking the city. The condominium has two lifts and a gym. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi extend throughout the apartment.

The open-plan kitchenette includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and dishes and cutlery. A dining table seats four. The living area has an LCD TV with international channels. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and a hair dryer is provided. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are available in a bedroom wardrobe.

Santos-o-Velho has shops, services and restaurants. Within a 1 km radius are Santos train station, supermarkets, pastry shops, river-view restaurants, a cycle path, recreational areas and museums including the Museum of Ancient Art. Trains from Santos serve the Estoril Coast and Cascais beaches.

Bed linen, towels, air conditioning and internet access are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and an optional transfer service is available at an additional cost.

Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to complete identification and obtain access instructions. Notify the team of your arrival time once at your destination. Final cleaning is a mandatory € 30.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation carries no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
