House rules
Smoking, pets and parties/events are not allowed. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 50.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the property. Cancellation is without penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
Upper floors are accessible by stairs only.
