House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Notify the team by phone of your arrival time once at your destination. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to complete check-in and arrange access. Final cleaning is a mandatory € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request; transfers cost extra. The published cancellation schedule has no penalty until eight days before check-in, a charge of 100% of the total rent from seven days before check-in, and a 100% charge for a no-show.

Rato station, Avenida da Liberdade and Príncipe Real are a 5–10 minute walk away.
