House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Final cleaning is mandatory and costs € 30.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to midnight, and check-out is before 11:00. Guests must collect their keys at the Lisbon Welcome Centre and phone about their arrival time once at their destination. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request. Transfers are optional and cost extra. Cancellation has no penalty from booking until eight days before check-in; from seven days before check-in until arrival, the charge is 100% of the total rent. No-shows are charged 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The apartment is in Praça dos Restauradores at the end of Avenida da Liberdade. Castelo, Alfama, Baixa and Chiado are a short walk away. The building has a lift. Keys must be collected at the Lisbon Welcome Centre.
