House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 until midnight; check-out is before 11:00. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Please phone the team about your arrival time once you reach your destination. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is without penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The building has a lift. Castelo, Alfama, Baixa and Chiado are a short walk away.
