## About the house

The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other has a shower.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, washing machine, iron and hair dryer. The building has a lift. Bed linen and towels are included.

Praça dos Restauradores is at the end of Avenida da Liberdade. Castelo, Alfama, Baixa and Chiado are a short walk away, with restaurants, shops, historic sights and nightlife nearby.

A baby travel bed is available on request. Transfers are available at an additional cost. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only.

All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Please phone the team about your arrival time once you reach your destination. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is without penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
