House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-in is available every day from 15:00 to midnight; check-out is before 11:00. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team upon arrival; call with your arrival time once you reach your destination. Final cleaning is a mandatory € 30.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. VAT is included. Cancellation carries no penalty until eight days before check-in; from seven days before check-in through arrival, the charge is 100% of the total rent. No-shows are charged 100% of the total rent.
