House rules
No smoking and no pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A mandatory final-cleaning fee of €60 per booking applies. A refundable security deposit of €200 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on the checkout day or the day before, following a thorough property inspection. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency; the total amount must be paid in advance. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; from seven days before check-in, and for no-shows, the charge is 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The building has an elevator. Festas de Cascais takes place in front of the apartment during the second half of August, including evening outdoor concerts and daytime fairs.
