## About the house

The 102 m² apartment is on a quiet residential street in central Cascais, in a three-floor building with an elevator. A ground-floor restaurant serves fresh fish and seafood.

The modern living and dining area includes a glass dining table seating four, a relaxing lounge and a double sofa bed. The living room opens onto a bay-view balcony furnished with a table, chairs and two poufs. The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishes and cutlery, toaster and kettle. TV and Wi-Fi are available.

One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and their own balconies; the hallway also has a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and two washbasins.

During the second half of August, Festas de Cascais takes place in front of the apartment, with free evening outdoor concerts and daytime regional fairs. Bed linen and towels are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost.

The building has an elevator. Festas de Cascais takes place in front of the apartment during the second half of August, including evening outdoor concerts and daytime fairs.

No smoking and no pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A mandatory final-cleaning fee of €60 per booking applies. A refundable security deposit of €200 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on the checkout day or the day before, following a thorough property inspection. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency; the total amount must be paid in advance. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; from seven days before check-in, and for no-shows, the charge is 100% of the total rent.
