House rules
No smoking and no pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A refundable security deposit of €200 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on checkout day or the day before after a thorough property inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €60 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Arrivals from 20:00 to midnight incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee; arrivals from midnight to 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee. Both are payable in cash at check-in. For arrival outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency; the total amount must be paid in advance. Cancellation carries no penalty from the booking date until eight days before check-in. Cancellation from seven days before check-in through arrival, or a no-show, incurs 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor. The beach and train station to Lisbon are five minutes away. Guincho Beach is 10 minutes away by car; Lisbon is 40 minutes away by car or public transport.
