The renovated apartment has modern furniture and equipment, double-glazed windows, heating and fans. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and sunroom. A bathroom beside the bedroom has a shower cabin. The living room includes a double sofa bed, TV and dining table, with Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A washing machine is available. Bed linen, towels and internet access are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost.

The apartment is five minutes from the beach and the train station to Lisbon. Guincho Beach is 10 minutes away by car, and Lisbon is 40 minutes away by car or public transport. The surrounding area includes the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, Costa do Estoril beaches, Cascais Marina and Clube Naval de Cascais. Nearby Quinta da Marinha offers golf and an equestrian center, with gym, tennis and paddle tennis facilities also in the area. The Estoril Congress Centre, Estoril Casino and Estoril Autodrome are within a stated 5 km radius.

The apartment is on the second floor. The beach and train station to Lisbon are five minutes away. Guincho Beach is 10 minutes away by car; Lisbon is 40 minutes away by car or public transport.

No smoking and no pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A refundable security deposit of €200 per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on checkout day or the day before after a thorough property inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €60 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash.

Arrivals from 20:00 to midnight incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee; arrivals from midnight to 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee. Both are payable in cash at check-in. For arrival outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency; the total amount must be paid in advance.

Cancellation carries no penalty from the booking date until eight days before check-in. Cancellation from seven days before check-in through arrival, or a no-show, incurs 100% of the total rent.
