House rules
Smoking, pets and parties/events are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. Regular check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 daily; arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 50.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation conditions shown: no penalty from booking until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in until arrival, 100% of the total prepayment amount is charged; no-shows are charged 100% of the total prepayment amount.
