## About the house

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with a shower. Living spaces include a sofa, sitting area and dining table, with outdoor furniture on the terrace.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, hob, microwave, oven, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine, iron, hair dryer, TV, wardrobe, clothes rack and hangers are provided. Wi-Fi and open-air parking at the same building are included, as are bed linen and towels. A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are available.

A baby travel bed is available on request. A transfer service can be arranged at an additional cost. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only.

Regular check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 daily; arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 50.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation conditions shown: no penalty from booking until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in until arrival, 100% of the total prepayment amount is charged; no-shows are charged 100% of the total prepayment amount.
