House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Mandatory final cleaning costs €40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation carries no penalty until eight days before check-in; from seven days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total rent. No-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
