House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to 23:00; check-out is before 11:00. Final cleaning is a mandatory € 30.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected during reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. VAT is included in the accommodation price. Cancellation is without penalty from booking until 15 days before check-in; cancellation from 14 days before check-in until arrival, or a no-show, incurs 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
Keys must be collected at the Welcome Center in Lisbon.
