House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 daily; arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. Check-out is before 11:00. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation has no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur a charge of 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
Keys must be collected at the Welcome Centre in Porto.
