House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. Final cleaning costs € 30.00 per booking and is mandatory. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Please phone with your arrival time once you reach your destination. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur a charge of 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
Keys must be collected at the Welcome Centre in Porto.
