House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment; phone with your arrival time once at your destination. Check-in is daily from 15:00 to 23:00. Arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. Check-out is before 11:00. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. VAT is included in the accommodation price. Cancellation is without penalty until 8 days before check-in; cancellation from 7 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
