House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Check-in is scheduled daily from 15:00 to midnight; checkout is before 11:00. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, paid in cash at check-in. Final cleaning is mandatory at € 30.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Please phone to communicate your arrival time once at your destination. Cancellation is without penalty until eight days before check-in; from seven days before check-in, and for no-shows, the charge is 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
Keys must be collected at the Welcome Centre in Porto.
