House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable at check-in. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is penalty-free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
Keys must be collected at the Porto Welcome Centre.
