House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 daily; arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. Check-out is before 11:00. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected during reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only.
Getting there
Guests must collect the keys at the Welcome Centre in Porto.
