House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Standard check-in is daily from 15:00 to 23:00; arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 fee payable at check-in. Checkout is before 11:00. Final cleaning costs €40.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. Cancellation has no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
Keys must be collected at the Welcome Centre in Porto.
