## About the house

The apartment has two bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed. There is one bathroom with a bathtub.

A terrace, Wi-Fi, TV, iron and hair dryer are provided. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Private garage parking in the same building, internet access, bed linen and towels are included.

A baby travel bed is available on request. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. Transfers and lockers at the Porto Welcome Centre are available for an additional charge.

Keys must be collected at the Porto Welcome Centre. Standard check-in is daily from 15:00 to 23:00, and checkout is before 11:00. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable at check-in. Final cleaning costs €40.00 per booking.

Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. Cancellation has no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
