House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment; phone with your arrival time once at your destination. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 daily. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. Check out before 11:00. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 30.00 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Transfers and Welcome Centre lockers cost extra. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied only for the first day.
