House rules
No smoking. No pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. Cancellation has no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
