House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Final cleaning is mandatory at € 40.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the total price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. Cancellation has no penalty until eight days before check-in; from seven days before check-in, and for no-shows, the charge is 100% of the total rent.
