House rules
No smoking or pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival for the code-based access process; phone the team about your arrival time once at your destination. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. Cancellation is free until 8 days before check-in; from 7 days before check-in, or for a no-show, the cancellation charge is 100% of the rent.
