House rules
No smoking. No pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the team about your arrival time once you reach your destination, then go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival for access. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final total; if not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. VAT is included in the accommodation price. Cancellation is penalty-free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
